The youngest Union Minister be here to honour the closing ceremony of the 11th Foundation Day of the NCP, Manipur. Informing this during the celebration of the foundation day of the NCP at its office in Thangmeiband of Imphal West district, president of the State unit, Radhabinod Koijam stated the daughter of PA Sangma, leader of the NCP will be in the state on June 17 to grace the closing ceremony of the party’s anniversary.
