The "not-yet-opened" BT (Bir Tikendrajit) Flyover is quite a popular hangout at dusk time in Imphal sometime in the month of August 2007. The BT fly over project was started with much fan fare about four years back under funding from Union Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation Programme, but due to many factors, the project could not be completed on time.
