IMPHAL, Oct 26:The All Tribal Students’ Union, Manipur (ATSUM) has threatened to start a series of agitation from November 2 in the event of the State Government’s failure to address the issue of tribal reservation in the State. The apex body of the tribal students in Manipur also resolved on Saturday in its ‘assembly’ meeting to fully endorse in exploring means to settle the ‘sensitive’ reservation issue by October 28. In another resolution, ATSUM ‘assembly’ also unanimously resolved to set up a committee to address the matter of the decentralisation of power to the hill districts of Manipur.
