Indeed democracy is a government of the people, a representative government of the people, an established Govt. of the People, to convenient of the people independent, provisioned to perform the duties with free and integrity. But the term free and integrity have very deep meanings while a person, a citizen of the nation enters to perform the duties and functions in the administration.
That, today in Indian democracy it is sure for everybody is free but how far a citizen could maintained an example of integrity is not sure. Since 1946-47 while India was in run for independent and effort for release the motherland from the clutches of British reign till after 60th Independent year gone by our country could not give a proper guide line for the people, NSCN (IM) is celebrating 61st Independent Day on 14th August, 2007. Two Independent Days in a country is an example of non-governance of the administration. It is nothing but befooling the people of the nation. On the one side Govt. is unable to bring NSCN (IM) for negotiation. And unsolved problems are lying in front of the administration. Among those problems soluble problems are delaying as well as non-soluble problems are also clipping hanged. This is the reason why people are in puzzled and administration is not having progress in the field of development.
It is true that people of the country are hard workers and integrated. Even being innumerable problems exists in the lives of the people of the country the people in person have progressive lives with own efforts and with the means of survival. The direct or indirect benefit of the people provided by the Govt. is partially visible on the ground. But the wastages of the Govt. money is taking an ugly shape due to democratic process of Govt. Therefore, the system of democracy in India is hardly understood by the people. But the meaning of independent has been interpretating as free from all actions. Every ABC, is trying to handle law and order administration, Innumerable unlawful organizations are freely working in the states like Manipur, Assam and Nagaland. Duties of the citizens have not properly been inter-prated to the people. Rights of the citizens are origin of impure feelings of the people of the state Rights of the citizens are origin of commercialization of certificates, diploma and degrees, because, peoples have been turned towards commercial characters.
People’s objectives are money and survival. To survive with the motto of money is essential primary object. To earn money is first to earn certificate and degree. Therefore, care of education, the moral education the social education, the academic education and spiritual education have been steadily losing from the heart and mind of the people. As because of the reason, competitions of the children/students have started as a race in education. Therefore, single system of education became inapplicable on the competition market but numerous style of education has been inducted in the society today. Reputed multi milliners have started financing in the field of education and institutions. The Tata, Birla, Goenka and other groups have started schools and institution for those students who are portal as well as from the riches family. Students of the institutions are so selective, @ of 100% mark shelters only can occupy the seats in those institutions. But, the poor students who are talented could not afford the expenses have been disgruntled, because, the marks obtained from the Govt. Schools and colleges could not entered in those institutions, therefore, the poor students does not have any positions in the competition market. Only the students of the riches family have had the highly commercialized jobs; and the only students from the families whose guardians are in positions could possessed the positions in the Union and State Public Services commissions.
All these differences in the fields of education commerce and service categories are distinctively embodied under the rules and laws decorated in the constitutional frameworks of the country. As there is no system of equal education and equal vision of the administrations number of private institutions, schools and colleges have been successfully producing very good students. The Govt. could not provide the necessities and demands of the timely calls in the schools and institutions which is easily available in those pvt institutions so that the students of the Pvt. Institutions are more possessing effective and fruitful education. On the other hand the Govt. Schools and institutions became dull without being checked by the authorities of the states.
Not only the reason for introducing good systems of teaching and providing requisite demands of the teachers and students in the public institutions good teachers are appointing for proper teachings of the students. Whereas the Govt. institutions are appointing IIIrd and IInd grade teachers but paying respectable salary for the service is extending by the Govt. But, Govt. authorities are not interested to check to inspect the schools and colleges. The inspecting authorities are very busy with their family affairs and behind the competition for properties and bank balance. Authority is freedom, also the students are freedom, but guardians are labours. These are symbol of freedom of education in India. Therefore, product of the Govt. institutions could hardly institutionalize in the jobs like IIIrd and IVrd Grads. They hardly survive in the society by shooking down their heads. Where as, the students from those reputed institutions could easily occupy the jobs of administrative categories, executive categories and groups of highly prestigious holds.
Therefore, keeping into considerations of the above discussed systems of education it is obvious to re-modernize the system bestowing the middle and IIIrd class families students for dreaming an equal system of education. Indeed, SARVA SIKSHA ABHIYAN a dream of BHARATAVARSHA is a wall decorated and television advertising matter seems belated in the country.
This is that democracy; the systems of administrations have a dream for the country in which the people would have the right of administration through their ballot weapon. But, today the powers of the people (the representative of the people) have been seized by the power of the gun. The Gun power; either of un-authorised guns of he insurgence or of the security forces. Even a minister of Cabinet category has no rights to write about the forces as per the statement of the Army authority, which is highly degraded the power of the people. Because, even in emergency also such behaviour of an uniform officer towards a legislature does not expect in the country, but, it is seen in Manipur. Invariably, the administration could not click the security systems of the people. The uniformed people, the so called forces have misbehaved the innocent people of Manipur due to lack of co-ordination and lack of Knowledge of administration. Inspite of protecting a minister on tour the relevant authorities had stated as the tour of minister was not informed to the home; which seems irresponsible and the cowered replay of an authority to the public. When the freedom fighters were working in the country, the states were administrating democratic; when the freedom fighters of India have been diminished and decreased the term democracy also demolished. Because, the freedom fighting leaders of those days perhaps dreaming a golden surface of the country, whereas the leaders of today cultures corruption and pollution in the society. The promotion of the society for tomorrow is the grand will of today. Therefore, the system of democracy also was a dream of yester leaders. And the future of tomorrow is the action of today. So to install a solid pillar is the duty of the people by electing the right person, by democratic way shall be a milestone for the generation.
Justify yourself, whether you are casting the right ballot? This would be the beginning of a step for righteous approach while you are trying to peruse a way of truthfulness. Therefore, true democracy in India as per right constitutional acts of law shall be far different from the present system of education introducing in the Govt. Schools. As Govt.
