Though, by look Manipur is the land where no one can detect the real confluence of the internal turmoil. Perplexity of the atmosphere in Imphal Valley shall nowhere prevailed. Everyone is behind money. Everyone is behind the cause of survival. As if, competition is always imbibed in the blood of Meiteis community, since inception. Either in sports, in the schooling, in the colleged, in theatres, in cinema making, and even on living status also; every one is on run with competition.
Unaccountable social formalities, Social affinities and lots of social obligations wrapped the Meiteis Community. The highest expenditure scale of a personal effect in the world Meitei would be No. one. Money is so frequently rotated in Manipur. Therefore, the Meitei Sanatanas are very famous for the social looks, for their rites and the formalities into divine dispositions. This would also be the reason that Meitheis are so sensitive, soft hearted but very robust physique ordained. Meiteis are normally individualist; atherefore, in sports Meiteis are very successful, especially in athaletics and individual events. This would also perhaps the reason for fragmenting the organization into small segments. As a result the rebellions have been broken into pieces, and therefore, the cause of the rebellions and ideology of the commands have been bifurcated; besides divide and rule policy seeded in the state, so that ignorants are facing their theory of rebellion is in dilemma. In the middle the policy of the central Government is playing the role of breaking the nerves of the people of Manipur. In spite of pacifying the dispute by rejecting the baseless projects for greater Nagaland Govt. of India has brought NSCN (IM) for negotiation. Recognition has given to NSCN (IM) neglecting the Manipuri rebellions like UNLF, PLA. KYKL etc. as oarganizations against the mainstream of the administration. Govt. of India is always guarding the antinationalist; Govt. of India is guiding to break the territorial integrity of Manipur, Assam and Aruncachal Pradesh under a negotiation talk with NSCN (IM).
In is also astonished that a north East-Forum has been formed under the supreme command of Sri P.A. Sangma, the then speaker of the Parliament. But the body has not stated against the will to negotiate with NSCN (IM) and Govt. of India till today. When the Kangla episode was a burning issue for the nation; neither the leader have given expressed their dissatisfactions, for the entry of the negotiation and nor against the AFSPA.
Neither of the ruling nor the oppositions leaders were ready to initiate against the illfortunate act of the Govt. of India. There in also the Chief Minister and the Council of Minister of Manipur were shown their inactive design of the administration. They could not make any decision in favoaur of the mass movements. All the legislators were behind the chairs which were found tossing. At that time they were worshipping unto O. Ibobi (the Goat of sacrifice). Shri Ibobi again was in perplexed upon the situation. He has no idea to trace to solve the problem. He flat away to Delhi to seek help from the Centre. In like manner, Manipur is suffering for long back without proper administration in the state.
The image of Manipur is so awkwardly from out of the state. As a person in a car could see the limited volume of the inside car; indeed, the person get down from the car and see from a far distance could viewed the full volume of the car. The same thing is happening in Manipur. We could not see, could not feeled the atmosphere of Manipur. Because, we have been adopted in the society, we have been acclimatized in the society.
Other wise, every act of Manipur and her administration could have been noticed. But how to make the situation cozy is the problem. However, it very easy if the administration is ready to handle it. Say, if an intelligent person has been engaged to observe something, which upon the object is very thickly ordained by corruption. First of all the observer will feel the object is dirty, the atmosphere is very dirty. Again, the person tried to feel the surrounding of the object. He/she tried to establish a clear observation for the object engaged for. In search of clear tuning up of the job dealth for he himself later compelled to submerge into the dirty atmosphere. He acclimatized into the atmosphere wherein he tried to see an object. Thus, he could not differentiate himself from the object as he was travelling in the dirt. At the last stage he could not make out what is his real objective. Because, he himself was taking the same adulterated food. His blood also circulated with the polluted intras. His mind could not divert from the atmosphere. At the last stage he was found a fast swimmer into the dirty pond of corruption.
In like manner, Manipuri could not make out the mistakes committing by themselves Manipuris who traveled away from the state they saw the clear picture of Manipur. But when he returned at home he curse the atmosphere of Manipur, in turn he could not do anything but to merge into the filthy air, polluted water and polluted thoughts of the state administration. This is reality.
If we honestly wanted to have a change the impure bloods we should change the lot, the lot of administration, also should mix the open viewed intelligentia and make evolution of thinking to escape the climax of the situation. That would be a revolution . But, the theory and practices of revolutionary scenarios prevailing in Manipur today is nothing but the lack of administration. Due to insecure educational expectations and fair of insecure life lines the youths of the state have choosen to fight against the state administration; misconceived, misled themselves due to bad administrations.
If the administration is fair, sincere, clear and deserve there is no question of jangling with the lives of the people of the state.
