1. The emergency Joint Meeting of Zomi Economic Planning and Development Agency (ZEPADA), Zomi Students' Federation, Delhi Cell, and Zomi Human Rights Foundation,Delhi Cell, held on September 6,2008, formed the Delhi Front,Committee On Mautaam Famine(COMFA) . It will link up with the Committee On Mautaam Famine Aid (COMFA), Lamka for the distribution of relief aid.
2. All Societies/Associations among the Zomis in Delhi are advised to contact the Committee On Mautaam Famine Aid (COMFA),Delhi Front, before raising any relief donation/contribution.
3. Any relief collection activity within the Zomis, if taken up by anybody after this date without informing the Committee on Mautaam Famine Aid (COMFA),Delhi Front will be viewed seriously.
